How I Work

My work is supporting you to becoming the most authentic self - a ‘Coming Home’. Together with you, I create a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore the roots of your current struggles as your personal and emotional history unfolds organically.

Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties or simply have a desire to understand yourself more deeply, I will accompany you on your journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance and healing.

As an integrative transpersonal therapist, my approach is tailored to your individual needs and is complemented by my background in neuroscience and yoga.

We might work psychodynamically to explore childhood trauma, or relationally addressing presenting existential fears and intrusive thoughts. Working transpersonally, the many dimensions of your Soul can emerge through creative imagination, visualisations, dreams, and artwork.

About Me

I am a clinical integrative transpersonal psychotherapist and counsellor based in London. I am a member the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I qualified as a Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, specialising in Transpersonal Therapy, at London’s Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).

I hold a PhD in neuroscience and have worked extensively in world-leading academic institutions in neuroscience and behaviour as a researcher and educator. I am also an accredited advanced yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching and facilitating groups.

These threads along with my training and my life’s experiences weave together beautifully and underpin my work as a transpersonal psychotherapist.

We find healing not through solutions but by reconnecting to the different parts of ourselves, some which might have long been ignored or exiled; healing is a ‘Coming Home’ to yourself.

Fees

I offer rates on a sliding scale from £65 - £75 for online and in-person sessions.
